With the backdrop of the last two years especially meaning home and work lives have, in many cases, merged there’s one thing I’m hearing again and again: There is no space to think. It kicks off with a thoroughly powerful two-day workshop in historic Bath. You will genuinely be getting away from it all to give yourself abundant space and every detail of your experience is considered to create the perfect conditions for meaningful change.

LEAD ON PURPOSE
In Elevate and Evolve we spend a whole section of the programme designing your role. We’ll get crystal clear on what your role is and importantly, what it isn’t. You will see yourself through the lens of leadership, how that fits with your role (especially now you have clarity on what it is) and the system you operate in. You’ll see the gaps in both your own capabilities, experience and motivation but also those in your organisational capability too. That kind of clarity is priceless. No more guesswork!
We’ll identify what you need to be your best, brightest and most creative self. What boundaries to create, what clarity you need and crucially what beliefs you need to drop!
Insightful workshops and group coaching sessions will shift your perspective so you can get super clear on where you are now and how that relates to where you want to get to.
Then you get to step back and think properly about the sort of leader you need to be, not only to stay ahead of the curve, but also to evolve and grow personally. We will leverage the collective minds of this handpicked group to push and challenge your thinking further than you thought possible.
You’ll leave this day with a clear sense of the strengths you want to leverage, the leadership style you want to foster and the gaps you need to fill.
We tackle the blockers to success. We’ll build a detailed picture of the things that are stopping you from being at your best and leading the way you want, so that you can elevate and evolve your leadership style for the next phase of the journey.
We’ll get really clear about where you are creating bottlenecks and some of the tripwires that regularly knock you off track. Then we’ll go deeper to think about how your style has evolved and the experiences that have shaped you for good and bad. You’ll leave day two with a huge amount of self awareness, an action plan and a to-not-do list that will keep you on track.
To combat the desk effect, you’ll have a one to one coaching session and a group coaching session in the 4 months after the programme. This will help you embed your learning, overcome challenges as they arise and ensure that you’re getting the most out of the programme.

The module is centred around a two day group, in person programme (see details above). Supported by an initial assessment session and followed up with one to one and group coaching sessions delivered online or phone for maximum flexibility. Subject to Covid guidelines as relevant.
The one-to-one coaching sessions take an hour, and can be booked for any time you think most beneficial in the 4 months after the programme. There will also be an hour for your group coaching session around 6 weeks after the workshop. In addition I suggest around two hours a week which accounts for connecting with programme peers and thinking time. You’ll be chomping at the bit to apply the skills and frameworks in practice on the floor daily, so allow as much time as you’d like for this.

Yes, you can pay in two instalments. 50% at booking and the balance by 3rd February.
3rd House is designed to help you also gain maximum benefit from the other attendees experience and expertise. You will be encouraged and supported to build on this with group sessions outside of the framework of the programme.
