The Mirror

It’s lonely at the top, and it’s difficult to know the impact that you have and the perception that you create. You’re a high achiever and you want to do a great job. To do that it’s crucial to understand the shadow you cast on the organisation. I’ll bring along my magic mirror so you can better understand yourself, your perception and the impact of the decisions you make.

The Role Player

With so many important stakeholders, we all need someone we can ‘rehearse’ significant conversations with before they actually happen. As a skilled coach who knows you and your objectives I can do this with an objectivity you won’t find elsewhere.

The Cheerleader

Don’t pretend you don’t miss someone telling you how great you are at your job! It’s one of the biggest complaints I hear from business leaders – everyone assumes that the heights you’ve reached are enough to keep you going – but we all need a (loud and excitable) cheerleader on our side sometimes. You know – the one who remember to text and wish you luck with your big presentation!
